Tamarah L. Gehlen- Program Director, MA LAMFT, LADC, CFLE
I have been working with families and youths for 9 years in educational and therapeutic settings. I am a licensed-associate marriage and family therapist (LAMFT), and have additional training in EMDR therapy for trauma-survivors. In addition to this, I am also a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) and cerified family life educator (CFLE). I bring a combination of spiritual, therapeutic, and common-sense approaches to my work with clients and work to enhance the mental, physical and emotional well being of each individual.
It is my passion to aid clients on an individual basis, as well as working with their families in order to bring health, healing and strengthened communication skills to the individual and the family unit. During our client’s stay at WINGS, clients take part in a two-day family group education and therapy session that I lead, in addition to having the option for additional private individual and family therapy sessions.
Healing from addiction is possible. Together we will make every effort to help you and your loved ones move towards healing.
